A retreat in the green for nature lovers and anyone who needs quiet. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets, views of the sea and the mountains, and real wilderness around you. The house stands on private land right beside the Map of Africa viewpoint and paragliding launch, with access to the Kaaimans River, and bushbuck drop by now and then. Forget everyday life under a sky full of stars. Secluded, with no public transport.
The two-storey cottage has a large balcony upstairs and, downstairs, a terrace with a gas braai and an outdoor bathroom. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living and dining area. A covered parking bay and more parking are right next to the house. The kitchen is well equipped with two induction plates, an air fryer and a coffee machine, plus the gas braai on the terrace.
The whole house and its grounds are yours alone, with Wi-Fi throughout. On request you can also use a fitness area of about 12 m² on the terrace of the main house, with a soft floor, yoga mat, dumbbells, bench, gymnastic rings and a pull-up bar. There is private access to the Kaaimans River, and the paragliding launch is about 220 metres away on foot, right next to our land.
